LEADAg Pathways | CHRRUP Advancing Rural Communities

LEADAg Pathways is helping build the agricultural workforce across Central and Western Queensland by connecting people wanting to start a career in agriculture with practical training, real-world experience and supportive industry mentors.

Delivered by CHRRUP Advancing Rural Communities, LEADAg Pathways brings together participants, training providers and local agricultural businesses to create genuine pathways into employment.

Participants have the opportunity to build practical workplace skills while completing nationally recognised agricultural training, while Host Mentors provide real-world industry experience and help develop the next generation of agricultural workers.

By linking training with hands-on experience on working properties, LEADAg Pathways supports participants to become confident, capable and employment-ready — while helping local businesses develop and connect with potential future employees.
