We’re growing quickly and are looking for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about agriculture and wants to build a long-term career in the ag industry.
This is not a call-centre role and not a corporate grad program. It’s an opportunity to learn how real agricultural sales is done — properly.

Supporting senior sales consultants with client follow-up and preparation
Learning how to run discovery conversations with farmers and rural clients

Attending field days and industry events across the country
Gradually taking ownership of smaller deals and accounts as skills develop
Over time, this role transitions into a full sales position.

Our senior sales consultants are busy closing deals across rural Australia. This role exists to:
Support that team

This role is for you if:
You genuinely care about agriculture and rural Australia
You’ve worked on, around, or with farms, stations, or ag businesses
(family background, previous roles, study, or hands-on experience)
You want to build a long-term career in agricultural sales
You’re coachable, curious, and not afraid to pick up the phone
You don’t need years of sales experience — but you do need the right attitude.
Non-negotiables:
Genuine passion for agriculture
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and be coached
Good communication skills
Nice to have:
Exposure to farms, stations, or ag businesses
Relevant study (agriculture, agribusiness, or similar)

Final word
If you’re looking for:
A quick sales job
A role with no accountability
Or something with no long-term path
This won’t be the right fit.
If you want to:
Learn from experienced ag sales professionals
Build a serious career in agriculture
Be part of a company that’s established and growing
We’d like to hear from you.
Training & development
You’ll receive:
Structured onboarding and product training
Sales training tailored to the ag sector
Workbooks and step-by-step processes
Ongoing coaching from experienced sales professionals
We invest heavily in people who show commitment and potential.
Earnings & progression
Base salary plus performance-based commission
Clear progression into a Senior Sales Consultant role
Increased commission and responsibility as capability grows
Long-term earning potential for those who commit and perform
This is a career path, not a short-term job.
