We’re looking for a full-time Farm Hand to join our team in 2026.

Property Description

Dudley’s Grazing is a family owned and operated mixed farming enterprise based near Yeoval, Central West NSW, with property in southwest QLD. We run a combination of livestock and grazing crops, with a strong focus on good stockman ship, modern farming practices and looking after our people.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role across all areas of a mixed farming operation, including:

  • Day-to-day livestock work – handling, feeding, welfare checks

  • Grazing crop and pasture work

  • Operation and basic maintenance of farm machinery and equipment

  • General farm maintenance, welding, workshop jobs and yard work

  • Fencing repairs and construction

  • Assisting with seeding, spraying, harvest and hay when required

You’ll be working as part of a small, supportive team, working under the operations manager

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and keen to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working on a farm

  • Fencing skills – repair and construction

  • Welding experience – basic fabrication and repairs

  • Machinery experience (tractors, loaders, side-by-sides etc.) – highly regarded

  • A genuine interest in livestock and mixed farming

  • A current driver’s licence (HR or machinery tickets a bonus)

  • Strong work ethic, good communication and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Benefits

  • Total package: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on skills and experience
