We require a Feedlot Manager at our Kintilloch Feedlot near Roma, QLD.
Ironpot Co is large scale cattle backgrounding operation located 75 kms from Roma and 60kms from St George.
Other stations are located in Tambo, Torrens Creek, Winton and St George, Roma. The position reports to the CEO, Chris Skelton who is based in Roma and the Feedlot Manager.

Oversee daily feedlot operations, including feeding programs and pen management
Lead and manage a small team of up to 8 staff
Monitor cattle health, performance, and welfare outcomes
Ensure compliance with feedlot standards, biosecurity, WHS, and record keeping
Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and operational planning
Work closely with ownership to deliver efficient, profitable outcomes
Proven feedlot experience is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Practical, reliable, and capable of working independently
Confident with cattle handling, staff supervision, and operational decision-making
4-bedroom home provided
