This is a full-time, onsite Livestock Administration role, responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and compliance requirements of a livestock operation.
You’ll be the central point for all livestock records, documentation, and coordination, ensuring movements, reporting, and systems are handled accurately and on time.
This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident taking ownership. Someone who understands that small errors can have big impacts and takes pride in getting things right.
We’re not your typical operation.
We run a fast-paced, detail-driven livestock business where accuracy, efficiency, and accountability matter. From livestock movements to compliance and record-keeping, everything we do relies on strong systems and people who take pride in doing things properly.
This role is for someone who values structure, responsibility, and being relied on. Someone who can keep the administrative side of a livestock operation running smoothly, ensure records are accurate, and support day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
If you’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a rural, production-focused environment, keep reading.
