Contract Mustering Staff | Pilbara | WA

CJ & RL Livestock have several positions available in our small contract mustering camp, for work throughout the Pilbara, WA

• You will be involved in mustering cattle using helicopters, motorbikes and horses

• You will be camped out in remote locations most of the time.

• This position is not available to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers). Nor do we accept applications from overseas or offer sponsorship to overseas jobseekers. 

Bring your swag as you will be camped out in remote locations throughout the Pilbara region in Western Australia.

• Mustering is conducted using motorbikes and horseback

• Yarding, drafting, branding, earmarking and tagging

• Data entry/ preg-testing

• Fencing/ welding may be required

• Operating machinery & equipment may be required

• Feeding and caring for cattle

• Other day to day tasks that may be required - never stand idle!

• Experience with cattle both on motorbikes and horses (horses preferred).

• A positive attitude and good sense of humour/ common sense is essential!
