Job Description

Meacham Contracting is currently underway with hay making and seeking a few more experienced machinery operators to join the team on a large, well-known station in the Northern Territory.

  • Suitable for individuals or couples ready to step straight into ongoing work.

  • Ongoing work for the right operators

  • You must have proven experience operating agricultural machinery otherwise your application will not be considered

You will be living and working on a large broadacre farming enterprise south of Katherine, NT.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hay making (mowing, raking, baling, carting)

  • Operating modern, well-maintained machinery

  • 12-hour shifts

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience operating agricultural machinery is ESSENTIAL (hay experience preferred)

  • Ability to work long hours in a team environment

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused

  • Basic mechanical knowledge highly regarded

  • Applicants on international working visas must have good English communication skill
