Station Manager | Stirling Downs | QLD

We are seeking an experienced STATION MANAGER (couple) to lead our team on Stirling Downs, a beef cattle property located 50km south-west of Tambo.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated couple (partners/married) with the passion and experience to manage a cattle operation and its assets.

Ironpot Co Pty Ltd is a well-established, Australian, family-owned and operated beef producing company.

• Stirling Downs spans three blocks covering around 45,000 acres. 

• The station operates as a fattening property supplying cattle to our feedlot.

• Mustering is primarily done with motorbikes and assisted with helicopter support when required.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced station manager couple who can demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and team management skills. You will work closely with the owners/operators to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the station.

• Experience managing people, resources, and timelines• Strong cattle handling and motorbike skills

• Practical station maintenance knowledge

• Clean and tidy habits

• Firearms Licence

• Comfortable air-conditioned family home with electricity
