Station Hand | Capella | QLD

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full Time Station Hand to join our team, working across all areas of our diverse business.

Our operation includes an intensive cattle breeding, fattening and finishing program across three properties, supported by an accredited onsite feedlot. We also farm both summer and winter crops for grain sale and to support feedlot operations.

Located approximately 20km from Capella and 30km from Clermont, WH Kettle and Co is a fifth-generation family owned and operated cattle and farming company.

This is a diverse, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across all aspects of our business. 

Duties will include:

• Mustering cattle 

• Livestock drafting and handling

• Feedlot operations and respective daily duties 

• Machinery operation and general farming support 

• General station maintenance including fencing and repairs

We pride ourselves on maintaining strong, safe work practices across all areas of the company, with a high commitment to animal welfare and teamwork. 

Previous experience in livestock handling, machinery operation or farming is preferred; however training can be provided for the right applicant who is willing to learn and contribute positively to our team.
