We’re looking for a skilled Machinery Operator to join our team across AACo’s VRG properties.
You’ll be operating a range of agricultural machinery to support day-to-day station operations.

You'll be working across several of AACo’s properties located in the beautiful Victoria River District—375 km south-west of Katherine and 695 km south of Darwin.
Operate graders to maintain station roads and fire breaks in line with grading guidelines
Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of machinery
Drive trucks, including side tippers and machinery floats
Conduct general property observations
Follow operational guidelines when using machinery
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Support with general station duties as directed by the manager
Previous experience operating graders, loaders, and excavators is an advantage
MC licence (not essential, but advantageous)
Appropriate licences to operate relevant machinery
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Air-conditioned accommodation and prepared meals included.
Modern 966 CAT Loader, well and regularly maintained.
