We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our team at Legune Station.
LEGUNE STATION: The role is located on 306,000 hectares of private land in the Joseph Bonaparte Gulf, bordering Western Australia and the picturesque Kimberley Region. The Station runs 35,000 head of high-grade Brahman cattle with approximately 20 staff located at the Station.
Administration (75%)
Provide daily administrative support including email management, filing, records, and scheduling
Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments using Xero
Reconcile financial data and maintain accurate records
Assist with payroll, HR coordination, and onboarding
Coordinate travel and site inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors
Maintain livestock records including NLIS database and reporting
Support monthly reporting and respond to supplier enquiries
Assist with general station operations and additional tasks as required
Domestic & Hospitality (25%)
Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties
Clean and maintain staff and guest accommodation, kitchen, and shared facilities
Prepare accommodation and facilities for visitors and guests
Support housekeeping standards across the station
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in administration (essential)
Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist across multiple areas
Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or domestic duties (desirable)
Current driver’s licence
