Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance and day-to-day operations of the branch.
You will develop your team, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure the branch consistently achieves its financial and operational objectives

Main Responsibilities

Education / Experience / Skills
Min 5 years’ experience within agriculture, rural retail, sales or branch management
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a successful team
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, budgets and branch performance
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
