Martyn Mining Services/ Full Bore Quarry Services is looking for hardworking country people to join our team in the WA Goldfields.
We aren’t looking for mining experience. We want cleanskins with the right attitude and work ethic.
If you’ve worked on a cattle station or farm, mustered cattle, shorn sheep or built fences, you’ve already done the hard yards.
We’ll give you the opportunity to learn something new.
Work will be undertaken in Coolgardie roughly 20 minutes away from Kalgoorlie, WA with direct flights included from Perth.

Trainee Shotfirers
Trainee Blast Hole Drillers
Heavy Diesel Apprentices
Trainee blast crew and shotfirers will learn how to safely prepare and fire production blasts, including loading, stemming and tying in blast holes.
Trainee drillers will learn to operate modern production blast hole drills alongside experienced drillers, supervisors and maintenance crews.
Heavy diesel apprentices will learn to service, maintain and repair modern drill rigs and mining equipment with support from our experienced maintenance team.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Mining experience is not required. We want cleanskins.
Applicants must have at least 12 months’ experience working on a cattle station or farm.
You need to be able to turn up, work safely, pull your weight and stick with the job when conditions get tough.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Australian working rights
Current driver’s licence
Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol screen
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
Fitness for physical outdoor work
Willingness to work FIFO
A good attitude and commitment to safety

Bring your work ethic. We’ll teach you how to blow stuff up in the mines safely.
