What you'll be doing
Our 12-month rotational Graduate Program based at our Grantham plant, is designed to give you a truly well-rounded start to your career. You'll embark on a journey across the heart of our business — from our Bottle Tree feedlot in Chinchilla, through to Human Resources and Quality Assurance, into our Food Solutions division, and across to our Production Office. Along the way, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced professionals, gain hands-on knowledge that goes beyond the classroom, and be supported at every step as you grow into the career you've been working towards. And the best part? Upon successful completion of the program, a permanent full-time role within Stanbroke awaits you.
Bottle Tree Feedlot Operations
Learn about livestock management, mill operations, maintenance, administrative operations
Human Resources
Get involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement
Quality Assurance
Work on food safety standards, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement
Food Solutions
Dive into product development, packaging innovation, market research, and project coordination

Gulf Maintenance is Stanbroke's dedicated mechanical and infrastructure team based in northern Queensland, responsible for keeping our remote station fleet and equipment operational. Roles include truck drivers and plant operators.
Gulf Air is Stanbroke's aviation team, providing essential aerial support across our operations. The team includes helicopter pilots who muster cattle across our northern cattle stations, as well as fixed-wing pilots covering a wide range of flying across the business.
