Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

Our 12-month rotational Graduate Program based at our Grantham plant, is designed to give you a truly well-rounded start to your career. You'll embark on a journey across the heart of our business — from our Bottle Tree feedlot in Chinchilla, through to Human Resources and Quality Assurance, into our Food Solutions division, and across to our Production Office. Along the way, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced professionals, gain hands-on knowledge that goes beyond the classroom, and be supported at every step as you grow into the career you've been working towards. And the best part? Upon successful completion of the program, a permanent full-time role within Stanbroke awaits you. 

  • Bottle Tree Feedlot Operations
    Learn about livestock management, mill operations, maintenance, administrative operations 

  • Human Resources
    Get involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement

  • Quality Assurance
    Work on food safety standards, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement

  • Food Solutions
    Dive into product development, packaging innovation, market research, and project coordination

  • Production Office
    Learn about production planning, inventory control, supply chain logistics, reporting, and optimisation

Job Requirements

What you'll bring

  • Graduating in 2026 with a degree in agriculture, animal science, agribusiness or a related field

  • Ready to start in January 2027 (we’re flexible)

  • Curious, motivated, and excited to learn

  • A strong communicator and natural team player

  • Willing to relocate if needed 

  • An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid permanent work visa
