Domestic/ Homestead All-Rounder | Andado Station | NT

Costello Cattle Company is seeking a reliable and positive Domestic / Homestead All-Rounder to join the team at Andado Station in remote Central Australia.

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys keeping a homestead clean and organised, helping with meals, working outdoors and contributing wherever required.

Andado Station is a family-owned and managed organic cattle station located in remote Central Australia, approximately five hours from Alice Springs. The property runs around 8,000 Droughtmaster and Angus cattle across a vast and diverse Outback landscape.

Your duties will include:

• General homestead and staff accommodation cleaning

• Property maintenance and painting

• Assisting with cooking and meal preparation for large groups

• Gardening, mowing and watering

• Feeding animals and completing other homestead duties

• Assisting with child minding when required

• Helping the wider station team as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Takes pride in keeping things clean and organised

• Has a reliable, flexible and positive attitude

• Possesses basic cooking and meal preparation skills

• Uses initiative and adapts when plans change

• Is comfortable working independently

• Enjoys being part of a station team

• Is comfortable living and working in a remote location

• Enjoys the company of children

• Can commit to the position for at least six months

Previous experience in a similar domestic, hospitality, housekeeping or station role would be highly regarded.
