The Senior Station Hand role encompasses a range of duties to keep the property running smoothly. This includes maintaining key infrastructure such as water, fences, roads, pumps, and cattle yards. The role also involves working under the direction of senior management at the neighbouring MDH PTY LTD property, Leitrim, and collaborating with the Leitrim team to manage the intake of background cattle from northern properties, process and oversee them in the paddock, and load out. Paspaley Pastoral is currently seeking an overseer for their property  You will be required to monitor work goals and anticipate potential problems and the best course of action. Provide leadership and develop team performance and communicate to the team effectively. Take ownership of the day to day operations involved with running a property.  The Overseer must be able to stand in for the manager in his absence if required.

The Station Storeperson/ All Rounder is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Station Store, ensuring the efficient management of stock, cooking takeaway food, and retail sales that support both station operations and customers. Out of Station Store operating hours, the role will also support general station activities as an all-rounder. This may include assisting with light domestic duties such as cleaning accommodation, basic gardening and grounds maintenance, feeding animals and other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the station complex. The store is in the Murray Downs Complex, and main customers are from the small community called Imangara that live nearby.
