As a Territory Manager at Halter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, all while acting as Halter’s on-the-ground representative. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.   In this role, you will prioritise daily efforts that optimise growth performance and drive value for your customers. We’re on the lookout for someone who knows their way around tools, machinery, and livestock — someone who can see what needs doing, fix it properly, and keep things running smoothly. If you’ve got a trade background or solid practical skills, this job’s for you. This is a hands-on job with plenty of variety. As the Station Cook, Gardener & Domestic, you’ll play a key role in daily station life—preparing four nutritious meals a day for staff, contractors, and visitors, while keeping the garden and surrounding areas tidy and well-maintained. You’ll also support general domestic duties to ensure the station remains welcoming and well-presented.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily operations at Rewan station, which is situated 81kms outside of Rolleston, near the beautiful Carnarvon Gorge. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, help maintain the station’s professional presentation, and contribute to a positive team culture.
