A Truck Driver (carting hay mostly)/ Machinery Operator opportunity is available within a family-owned and operated enterprise, located in the Douglas Daly district, approximately two hours (250km) south of Darwin, Northern Territory. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting all aspects of farm operations.

We’re looking for a  Rockmelon/Pumpkin Grower in Mataranka, NT, to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms. This position will suit someone who has prior experience as an agronomist. This role will oversee the cropping process from ground preparation, irrigation, fertigation, seeding, through to picking of all vegetable crops. Supported by in-house industry agronomy and irrigation personnel, implementation of crop management practices will be key to increase vegetable yield and success in this role.

TMB Rural is recruiting for the 2026 season! We’re looking for Ringers to join our contract mustering crew working throughout the NT. You will be camped out for majority of the season.

We require a Road Train Driver (MC Licence) to join the team at Inverway Riveren in the NT.
