LEADAg Pathways | CHRRUP Advancing Rural Communities
Central & Western Queensland
Together, let’s shape the future of agriculture by sharing your knowledge, skills and experience with the next generation of agricultural workers!
LEADAg Pathways is seeking farmers and agricultural businesses across Central and Western Queensland to become Host Mentors for participants completing a Certificate II in Rural Operations through Martyr Training (RTO No. 31279).
The goal of LEADAg Pathways is to support participants towards meaningful employment, while giving hosts the opportunity to develop someone who may become a future employee.
Host Mentors provide participants with practical, real-world experience to build their skills, confidence and understanding of working in agriculture, generally through approximately one day per week of on-farm experience.
