We are seeking a Domestic/Gardener to join the team at Maryfield for the 2026 season.
Maryfield is in a prime location just off the Stuart Highway with all weather, year round access, only a short drive from Daly Waters and 200KM south of Katherine NT. Maryfield has 147,300 hectares and approximately 16,600 head of cattle. The station is located close to some of the best fishing, swimming, and sight seeing spots in NT. The station has a 10,000 head feedlot and spelling facility, man made beach and a beautifully landscaped homestead complex.
Reporting to the Hospitality/Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with high volume of visitors, attending to any special requirements making sure accommodation is clean, tidy, and well maintained.
All aspects of gardening care, mowing, edging and weeding to maintain station gardens.
Maintain sprinklers and other watering systems.
Assist with other Station maintenance and maintain a neat garden area.
High attention to detail, cleaning common areas and keeping the Station well presented
Fit, healthy and active, you will love working outdoors.
Experience maintaining gardens.
Knowledge of or ability to learn chemical use, storage and handling requirements.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices along with the use of hand and powered tools in a safe manner.
Assisting with presentation of the station buildings and grounds to a high standard.
