IANDL Contract Mustering is looking to fill positions for the 2026 season.
Motorbikes are used for mustering.
IANDL operates a mustering camp working on some of the most picturesque stations across the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
The season typically starts in March and ends in December .
You will be a valuable team member in a contract mustering camp that travels through out the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
You will be mustering and catching cattle in remote locations using motorbikes.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a limited amount of horse work available within the business. As majority of the mustering is done on two wheelers with both branded and clean skin cattle being processed.
You will be handling stock in yards, sometimes 'Cleanskin' cattle.
You will be willing to learn at all times and help out where required when at camp.
The areas we work are remote areas which requires camping out, working long, hot dusty days.
Positions open to people with previous experience in the industry - At least 1 year experience within the cattle industry
Outside experience with mechanics, welding or MC truck driving advantageous.
A good attitude towards animals, people and equipment
Experience on motorbikes is essential
Hard working & keen to give everything a go
Own gear is not essential but is prefered.

Positions open to both Male and Female applicants working on TFN.
Applicants will spend the season living in fully self sufficient mobile camps, with all meals provide.
Camp conditions are kept very clean and Starlink is provided for all members.
Clothes will be washed by the cook during the day at work.
There is the opportunity for many social event thought out the season including camp drafts, rodeos and races allowing for relax time.
These roles are NOT open to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers) or overseas applicants. Sponsorship is also NOT available.

I&L Contract Mustering has operated for the past 13 years working in remote area's of Northern Australia including the Kimberley, Barkley, Roper and Arnhem regions with approximately 15 staff.
