We are looking for two motivated and experienced Station Hands to join our team.
This position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the station, including livestock management, maintenance of equipment and facilities, and general station duties.
Longton Station is a 338,800 hectare property at Pentland, 150 kilometres south-west of Charters Towers.
Assist with livestock management, mustering and drafting.
Maintain and repair equipment and facilities as needed
Operate machinery, such as tractors and trucks, as required
Maintain accurate records of livestock movements and treatments
Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve station goals
Previous experience in a Station Hand position preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Full-time, permanent position with competitive wage
