Why You Should Work for Camm Agricultural Group:

At Camm Agricultural Group, we’re more than just a leading force in Australia's beef industry—we’re a family legacy, four generations strong. Since formally beginning operations in 1994, we’ve grown into one of Australia’s major beef producers, operating over 450,000 hectares of prime agricultural land across Queensland.

Our roots run deep, and so does our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We’ve built a business that thrives on diversity and resilience, strategically positioned across multiple geographic locations to weather market or environmental challenges. From our powerhouses; Northern Group and Central Queensland properties, where we carry over 50,000 head of grass-raised cattle and offer an unparalleled experience in backgrounding and breeding cattle. To our award-winning 21,000 SCU ‘Wonga Plains’ feedlot in Southern Queensland, CAG is recognized for its industry leadership and strong cattle performance.

Working at CAG means joining a team that values hard work, ingenuity, and a passion for agriculture. You’ll be part of a business that continuously scales new heights, across our cropping, cattle production, and feedlotting operations.

If you’re looking to build a career with a company that’s deeply rooted in tradition yet forward-thinking in its approach, Camm Agricultural Group is the place for you. Join us and be a part of our ongoing journey to lead Australia’s agricultural industry into the future.
