We are looking for a Station Hand to join the crew at Comanche Station.
As the Station Hand you will play an important role in the livestock program, helping with tasks like mustering and processing cattle, monitoring pastures, environmental management, operating and maintaining machinery, and carrying out general station duties and repairs.
Located 86km west of Rockhampton in Central Queensland, Comanche Station is AACo’s newest property and home to approximately 7,000 head of cattle.
Complete general station maintenance.
Mustering, drafting, and trucking of cattle.
Vehicle and machinery operations.
Safely perform your job and take responsibility for your safe work behaviour.
Use of horses and motorbikes.
Feed supplement distribution.
Previous horse-riding experience.
Current Driver's license and motorbike license.
Livestock handling experience.
Q Fever Vaccination.
Previous experience in a similar role.
