We require a Station Manager (or Managing Couple) to lead a large-scale pastoral operation spanning approximately 400,000 hectares in the Northern Territory.
This is a leadership position reporting directly to the owners, you will oversee aspects of station performance, including livestock production, team leadership, infrastructure, compliance, and project execution.
We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, makes sound decisions, and drives results. This role requires someone who can balance commercial performance with land stewardship while building and leading a strong small station team.

As the manager on the ground, you will be responsible for ensuring the business operates efficiently, profitably, and sustainably.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading all station operations across approximately 400,000 hectares
Managing cattle production and grazing systems
Providing regular operational reports to the owners
Leading, mentoring, and developing station staff
Managing infrastructure, maintenance, and capital projects
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers
Driving continuous improvement across the station
You are an experienced pastoral leader with proven ability to manage large-scale cattle operations.
You will bring:

Sound knowledge of cattle production systems and management
