We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Machinery Operator to join the team in our CQ Aggregation. This position is suited to someone with strong operating experience who can confidently lead a crew, and maintain high safety and productivity standards. Working in a remote environment, this role will be responsible for operating & maintaining machinery while overseeing daily site activities and supporting the successful delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of leading by example.

The Machinery Operator/Handyman role encompasses a range of duties to help the property run smoothly. This includes maintaining key infrastructure, such as roads, fences, and pipelines, using the station 12G CAT grader. The role also involves working under the direction of and communicating directly with the Station Manager. When time permits, the Station Machinery Operator/Handyman assists with general vehicle and machinery maintenance, water runs and general duties around the homestead.
