We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the station livestock team providing support to our Station Manager.  This is a hands on role that requires strong leadership, advanced communication skills, and ambition to grow as a leader within the beef production sector.  The Assistant Manager will be required to liaise daily with the Station Manager and assist with coordination of mustering operations, training of employees, livestock movements, and livestock infrastructure maintenance. 

We require a Station Manager (or Managing Couple) to lead a large-scale pastoral operation spanning approximately 400,000 hectares in the Northern Territory . This is a leadership position reporting directly to the owners , you will oversee aspects of station performance, including livestock production, team leadership, infrastructure, compliance, and project execution. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, makes sound decisions, and drives results. This role requires someone who can balance commercial performance with land stewardship while building and leading a strong small station team.
