Expressions of Interest are now open for LEADAg Pathways Certificate II in Rural Operations.  Open to eligible school leavers and adults, currently residing in Queensland, looking to build a pathway into agriculture.  Starting 23 November 2026 , LEADAg Pathways is a six-month, employment-focused program designed to help people gain the practical skills, workplace experience and nationally recognised training needed to step confidently into the agricultural workforce. If you’re looking to enter agriculture, change careers, return to the workforce or gain the practical experience needed to secure your first rural job, LEADAg Pathways could be for you. You’ll work towards a nationally recognised Certificate II in Rural Operations through Martyr Training (RTO No. 31279) while gaining practical experience in real agricultural workplaces.

Savannah Cattle Company is seeking an organised and caring person for a combined Station Cook / Governess role at Noonkanbah Station in the West Kimberley, WA . The position is split 50/50 between cooking and governess duties , sharing responsibilities with another cook and governess. Working days are eight hours , whether you are rostered on cooking or governess duties. In the kitchen, you will prepare breakfast and dinner for the station crew and prepare smoko items for staff to take with them. Crew members organise their own lunches and pack their own lunch and smoko. In the schoolroom, you will support the children’s distance education and help create a positive, structured learning environment. Previous governess experience is not essential , although experience caring for children, such as nannying or childcare, is required.

Grounded in stock work and general property operations, you’ll be part of the day-to-day rhythm of the business, looking after livestock and the landscape, keeping things moving and helping the team execute the jobs that matter. You’ll be guided through modern farming practices and be part of the team that keeps animals thriving and systems running. Some days will be routine and steady; other days will be full noise with livestock movements, joining, planning livestock reproduction calendars, lambing and calving preparation, shearing and maintenance. Competent, trained working dogs are an absolute must for this role.

Mustering involves horses, motorbikes and a catcher, working with both branded and feral cattle. Previous mustering experience and the ability to muster confidently on horseback are essential. We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of work for our clients and are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who share that commitment. Most of the season is spent camped out. Employees must supply their own swag. Own horses are welcome but are not essential. Working dogs are permitted, but no camp pets, please.

Bonney Downs Station is seeking an experienced Station Manager to lead our team based in the East Pilbara, Western Australia.  This is a full-time role that will play a pivotal part in the overall operations and success of the company. As Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's mustering operations, with dual rounds completed annually with helicopters and a ground crew of bikes.

We are seeking an experienced, capable and motivated all-rounder to assist with property development, maintenance and day-to-day operations. Working alongside the family, you will help plan jobs, solve problems, source suitable materials and carry out improvements across the property. Milwillah is seeking a practical, mechanically minded person to join our team in Young, NSW. Ideally, you’ll be a qualified mechanic, although applicants with strong practical experience in vehicle servicing, repairs and machinery maintenance are encouraged to apply. This varied role combines workshop duties with machinery operation across our mixed farming business. You’ll help keep our vehicles, machinery and equipment serviced, maintained and ready for work. Start Date: Immediate or February 2027

You will be based at Yadlamalka Stn, 50km from Pt Augusta, but willing to move between Beltana, Lake Torrens and Wilkatana stations for mustering rounds and station projects. The property group run a mix of Angus cattle, Dorper sheep, terminal joined merinos and rangeland goats.
