We are seeking a Head Stockperson for Limbunya Station, NT for the 2026 season.
Limbunya Station: Situated approximately 600km south west of Katherine, just 100km from the beautiful Kimberley Western Australian border. The station has 521,883 hectares and a herd of 32,210 head of cattle.
The Head Stockperson is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the station, leading and managing the stock camp team including mustering and all other aspects of Livestock activities.
The Head Stockperson is expected to ensure that all team members are working in accordance with company policies and procedures, including WH&S and animal welfare standards and procedures.
Previous experience in cattle station operations as a Head Stockperson, or an experienced Station Hand looking for the next step in your career.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing people.
Must have excellent horsemanship skills and a current manual driver’s licence and bike Licence.
Low stress livestock handling experience and a high regard for animal welfare.
Experience with data capture and numbers using computer systems to record livestock data.
