Together we will GROW FOR TOMORROW.
You will work across all Camm Ag operations (NQ, CQ & Darling Downs).
Participate in a 12-month earn-and-learn program, including on-the-job training alongside experienced teams.
Complete rotations through different operations (Northern Queensland, Central Queensland & the Darling Downs) for the first 6 months.
After rotations, move into a 6-month specialist placement aligned with your interests and strengths.
Engage in external programs, certifications, and events as part of the learning pathway.
Provide periodic self-reflections or reports (e.g. answering questions about your progress, where you’re going, what skills you’re building).
Collaborate with different teams, possibly travel or relocate between sites depending on the rotation schedule.
So long as you are keen to learn and put in some hard but rewarding work, this opportunity is open to graduates, school leavers or latter life starters!
A willingness to learn and rotate through multiple locations across QLD (Northern, Central, Darling Downs).
Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and relevant personal attributes (curiosity, resilience, teamwork).

These three properties are collectively known as the Natal Aggregation and cover about 390,600ha.

Myra adjoins the Nungaroo and Marracoonda aggregation, creating a major Central Queensland backgrounding and finishing hub.
