We are looking for a dedicated Head Stockperson to lead our team in Avon Downs Feeder Yards. We are looking for someone to lead the team at Avon Downs as the Head Stockperson for the newly built feeder yards. In this role you’ll take the lead on daily feeder yard operations, working closely with the Station Manager, Operations Manager and a small team of Station Hands. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your team, ensuring livestock are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with best practice animal welfare standards. You’ll be a key part of our operations, supporting animal performance, team development, and continuous improvement across the feeder yard.

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Stockperson to lead the livestock team at our Feedlot an hour's drive north of Emerald. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing cattle handling, stock health, induction, inspection, and welfare across our feedlot operations. As Head Stockperson, you will work closely with the Management team to ensure optimal animal health, welfare standards, and team performance. We're looking for someone with strong livestock handling experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.

The Head Stockman will lead a small collaborative crew of approximately 7 station hands ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the stock camp. For this position, you will need to be flexible, organised and have great communication skills. This position reports to and works closely with the Soudan Station Manager.

We're on the lookout for a Head Stockperson to lead the team at Canobie Station in Western Queensland. As Head Stockperson at Canobie Station, you’ll take a leading role in the day-to-day running of the stock camp and broader station operations. You will guide and develop your team, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is hands-on and leadership focused. You’ll oversee training and assessment through our Operational Skills Framework, promote best-practice animal welfare, and maintain compliance with company policies and performance standards.
