We are looking for a person with livestock water supply knowledge, who is self-motivated, have a good work ethic, ability to work solo with attention to detail and who is looking for a long-term position within a great team. Bore-runs are done 2-3 days a week and gardens are attended to between. The rangeland bores are a combination of artisan and solar.

You will manage staff, resources, bulk water ordering and delivery, on-farm water infrastructure, and the tail-water recycling system. You’ll operate at both strategic and hands-on levels—planning ahead while ensuring day-to-day execution is safe, efficient, and timely. This role is central to achieving our production, efficiency, and water-use targets.
