We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Manager to join our team on a cattle breeding property near Koumala, Queensland. This is a hands-on position suited to an honest, capable and practical cattle operator who can confidently oversee day-to-day property operations while working closely with the owner.

We're looking for a capable and proactive Assistant Manager to add value to our mixed farming business in the South Burnett, Queensland. This is a full-time role ideal for an experienced applicant with diverse skills across livestock and pasture management, machinery operation and maintenance. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years of station hand or livestock management experience. Long-term role: not suitable for holiday makers or short-term employment.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced cattle professional with strong stockmanship, sound breeding knowledge, proven staff management experience and a practical, mechanically minded approach to property management. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing the breeding herd, property operations and team, while embracing modern technology, accurate data capture and safe work practices.
