We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Machinery Operator to join the team in our CQ Aggregation. This position is suited to someone with strong operating experience who can confidently lead a crew, and maintain high safety and productivity standards. Working in a remote environment, this role will be responsible for operating & maintaining machinery while overseeing daily site activities and supporting the successful delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of leading by example.

A Station Hand/ Machinery Operator opportunity is available within a family-owned and operated enterprise, located in the Douglas Daly district, approximately two hours (250km) south of Darwin, Northern Territory. We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the care, feeding, and overall operations of Aronui Feedlot. This role is responsible for overseeing cattle husbandry and feeding programs to support optimal growth, while ensuring the feedlot operates efficiently and at full capacity. You will play a key role in driving strong operational performance and supporting the long‑term success of the business.

We are currently seeking motivated Station Hands to join our teams across our cattle stations in the stunning Kimberley, Pilbara, and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia.
