E C Throsby has evolved over generations of operations since 1951, into one of Australia’s leading national and export quality meat suppliers, providing the world with over 70 years of experience delivering healthy Australian meat, while the business remains wholly family owned and operated to this day. 

We strongly believe that the relationships built with our staff, cattle suppliers, vendors, and customers are the reasons for our success as they are considered an integral part of our company family. 

Our current processing facilities located in Whittingham, in the Hunter Valley, commenced operations in 2000, and our facility located in Young, commencing operations in 2020.
