The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily feedlot operations and general farm activities to ensure optimal livestock health, productivity, and farm efficiency. This role will also see support to pastoral development with crop production activities across a number of projects. 

This is a full-time, onsite Livestock Administration role, responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and compliance requirements of a livestock operation. You’ll be the central point for all livestock records, documentation, and coordination, ensuring movements, reporting, and systems are handled accurately and on time. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident taking ownership. Someone who understands that small errors can have big impacts and takes pride in getting things right.

We’re looking for a  Rockmelon/Pumpkin Grower in Mataranka, NT, to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms. This position will suit someone who has prior experience as an agronomist. This role will oversee the cropping process from ground preparation, irrigation, fertigation, seeding, through to picking of all vegetable crops. Supported by in-house industry agronomy and irrigation personnel, implementation of crop management practices will be key to increase vegetable yield and success in this role.
