The Station Hand assists with the day-to-day operations of the station, including livestock handling, property maintenance and general farm duties. Working under supervision, the role requires practical skills in livestock care and movement, basic machinery operation, fencing construction and general station upkeep. The Station Hand performs duties requiring some experience and training but does not have responsibility for supervising other workers.
