TMB Rural is recruiting for the 2026 season! We’re looking for Ringers to join our contract mustering crew working throughout the NT. You will be camped out for majority of the season.

The Station Cook / Homestead Help will maintain the gardens, some domestic cleaning and cooking meals for the crew. For this position, you will need to be organised, friendly, and most importantly, enjoy the outdoors and cooking hearty and nutritious meals.   All roles are based in QLD, the combination of tasks differs per station, size of crew etc. 

We currently have a Livestock Administration role available at Maryfield Station NT The Livestock Administration is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to assist in the operations of the site. The role supports the Business Manager by completing day-to-day financial tasks, keeping livestock records and general administrative duties. The Livestock Administration role is responsible for providing all Livestock movements including sales, purchases and maintaining the NLIS database, updating herd numbers and producing accurate stock returns on Maryfield Station. Overseeing the collection, record keeping, routine reconciliation and analysis of livestock data to measure and monitor livestock performance.

We’re seeking a motivated, qualified Mechanic to join our team on a remote cattle station set in a truly spectacular landscape. This is your chance to experience a way of life that’s challenging, rewarding, and far from ordinary. You will play a key role in keeping a busy cattle station operating and, will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of station plant and equipment, ranging from bikes & vehicles to earthmoving equipment and prime movers. Please note: Applicants must have an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – HD Diesel Mechanic/HD Diesel Fitter Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia. Dogs are not permitted. This is not a FIFO role and will include travel to our other stations when required.

We are seeking experienced Station Hand Couple for Trelawney Station near Clermont, QLD.

We are looking for a Manager for our breeder property located 160km North of Aramac and 260km South West of Charters Towers.

We require a Road Train Driver (MC Licence) to join the team at Inverway Riveren in the NT.

We are currently looking for a Butcher to join our crew at Alexandria Station, NT in a permanent full-time position in the 2026 season. You will need to be organised, friendly, and most importantly, a butcher that has a passion for providing a paddock to plate service. You will work closely with the station cooks and station services team providing meat supply to the station.
